PERSONAL TRAINING

What is Personal Training and do I need it?

My approach to individual coaching is vibrant, authentic and empathetic.

Where are Personal Training sessions held?

Personal Training sessions are held at my studio in Cleveland or online via Zoom. Zoom sessions are subject to Pre-Exercise Screening and a Movement Assessment.

Face to Face or Virtual Training sessions?

Sessions are held face to face at my studio but may also be held virtually online via Zoom.

It may be necessary to start with face to face sessions and then move to Zoom sessions once I am comfortable that you can be safely coached in terms of form and quality of movement without us being physically in the same space.

Are you the right Coach for me?

My approach to coaching is vibrant, authentic and empathetic.

During our initial two sessions we get to know each other and how we fit together as coach and client.

Session 1 is a Pre-Exercise Screening Consult and Session 2 is a Movement Assessment.

These two sessions inform me as well as yourself of where you are currently at and give us a plan to move forward with in terms of your exercise needs. 

After we have completed these to sessions you can decide if you would like to proceed with 1:1 coaching. 

 

How long is a session and what does it cost?

The initial Personal Training Sessions (Session 1 Pre-Exercise Screening Consult and Session 2 Movement Assessment) are both

1 hour in duration and valued at $95 each.

Following completion of the initial sessions there are two options to choose from:

Option 1: 60 mins / $95 per session

Option 2: 45 mins / $67.50 per session

There is a minimum commitment of 6 sessions.

How often should I do Personal Training?

The frequency of Personal Training depends on you as an individual and your personal circumstances, exercise needs and goals.

There are 3 options of frequency which are subject to availability and are as follows:

Option 1: Weekly (1-2 x per week)

Option 2: Fortnightly

Option 3: Monthly
I recommend commencing with weekly sessions for a minimum of 4 weeks before moving to option 2 or 3 if desired.
